How do I get paid?
You start earning when you check in on-site via GPS. After you check out, the business reviews your hours; once agreed (or after 48 hours automatically), payment is released to your connected payout account within two business days.
What is the reliability score?
A 0–150 score (everyone starts at 100) that reflects how dependable you are. Completing shifts and earning 5-star reviews raises it; no-shows and late cancellations lower it. It affects which shifts you can be selected for.
What happens if I can't make a confirmed shift?
Cancel as early as possible from My Shifts. Penalties depend on timing — cancelling well in advance has no penalty; cancelling close to the start, or not showing up, reduces your score.
When do I see the business's address and supervisor?
Contact details unlock once you confirm a shift, and are removed 24 hours after the shift ends.
I have a problem with a shift.
Open the shift in My Shifts and tap “Report an issue.” Rush reviews disputes within 48 hours. For safety concerns, leave the shift safely — you're paid for hours worked up to that point.
